How long will my registration be inactivated due to non-payment of the monthly fee?

The maximum period is 20 days, after which some functions of your system will be inactive (virtual card, web visualization, bonuses, among others) and you will only be able to have access again by paying for a new membership, remembering that login and password of your access to your virtual store will continue to be the same as already registered. “In the inactive period, customers will be able to register under their username normally.”

If I'm late on the monthly fee, can I continue using the services?

No, you can only use the services if your monthly subscription is up to date.

No, CARE MAIS is a health management system differentiated by accreditation, where our customers can enjoy our Accredited Web with quality by paying more affordable prices directly to the chosen health establishment.

What are the days and hours of service for scheduling appointments and exams?

From Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, the phones will be available on the back of your virtual card.

Is the amount to be paid the same for all health establishments?

No, the amount to be paid varies between each health establishment, also depending on the procedure and materials used.

Are there price differences or limitations due to age?

No, at CARE+ FACILITY you don’t have to pay more because of your age. Our goal is inclusive, so that more families have access to health services with quality and speed.

Is there any kind of grace period for special exams?

No! You can use all procedures and health facilities in our Accredited Web. We have some customers who have a health plan, however, because of the shortages, they acquired their CARE MAIS plan to perform procedures immediately.

How do I schedule my appointment or exam?

It’s very simple! Call the number available on the back of your virtual card within your platform and inform your registration number and the desired specialty.

Exams are scheduled by the center. The medical prescription is sent to the center that makes the quotation and indicates the laboratories that can perform the exams, already with prices.
Everything will be carried out by the central, bringing convenience and comfort to the CARE+FACILITY member.

How do I access the Accredited Web?

Just contact us through our website (Benefits and Advantages -> Accredited Web) or on the phone provided on the back of your virtual card and inform your region. Our Accredited Web is extensive and we have the main clinics and laboratories in São Paulo, Countryside and Coast (for other states, visit our website in new states).

No, you will only receive your bonus if your monthly subscription is up to date.

When my referral pays for membership, how long does it take for my bonus to appear?
